• Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Finance, Real Estate or a related field;
• Experience in Real Estate Finance / Investment / Consulting companies is preferred;
• Strong analytical skills and ability to create and run detailed financial analysis for real estate investment;
• Having financial insight - applies financial knowledge to achieve organisational goals and objectives;
• Strong communications skills;
• Perform work with care, accuracy, and attention to detail;
• Ability to extract conclusions and provide recommendation swiftly upon request;
• Embracing «can do it» attitude to business and responsibilities and excels under pressure;
• Able to work with others as well as independently and pro-actively.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING DAY TO DAY

• Work closely with the Investment & Divestment Transaction Management team by resolving transaction related issues and contributing to all aspects of the global real estate strategy;
• Support in evaluating and underwriting investment / divestment opportunities;
• Conduct financial viability analysis to evaluate potential new investments opportunities;
• Assist in conducting a detailed due diligence both for acquisition and divestment processes;
• Research, collect, evaluate, and analyze real estate performance data regarding pre-acquisition and on-going divestment activities;
• Perform industry research and derive answers to verify assumptions used in models and to determine project’s economics;
• Manage transactions related templates, including Pro Formas, Rent Rolls, Presentations, etc;
• Assist in managing transaction related processes, including data room administration, Q&A procedures, site-visits, invoicing, etc;
• Deliver high-quality presentation packages and calculations for committees and governance bodies;
• Support with transaction related document control including negotiations protocols, DD reports etc;
• Report on investment and divestment pipeline of projects;
• Support facts & analysis driven investment decisions;
• Cooperate with a wide network of internal stakeholders & peers.
