Main scope:

• Lead art direction (4-6 artists): mobile games, both mature and new (30% of time)

• Be the only Senior Artist on one project (70% of time)

Tasks:

• Development and implementation of quality standards.

• Management: assessing candidates, onboarding new artists; coaching, assessment, training and development of art team members.

• High-level estimation of art costs for new potential projects.

• Performing the functions of a senior artist on one project.

• Would be great if you have the desire and opportunity to write small articles in English for our social media.

Essential:

• High level or artistic quality of works, excellent ability to work with colors

• Ability and passion for the “casual” visual style

• Solid experience with mobile 2D games in gamedev companies.

• Experience with character animation ( Animate/Spine is a plus), UI / UX.

• Excellent knowledge of the Adobe suite.

• Solid experience with Unity 3D

• Bachelor of visual arts is required

• Upper-intermediate English is required, written and oral to communicate with clients

• Experience leading a small team of artists

Desirable:

• Excellence in work estimations

• Experience in motion-design (Adobe After Effects, Adobe Premiere)

• Basic abilities in creating 3D models, environments, characters, and other assets

• Experience with Agile development methodologies

• Experience with task trackers and version control systems
