WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO HAVE:

• Completed higher education in Economics, Business, Computer Science, Finance, Marketing or Mathematics spheres.
• Experience of managing complex medium- to large-scale projects in Retail, Real Estate or Digital areas with multiple stakeholders.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in data analysis.
• Experience of working with a wide variety of stakeholders.
• Proven strong self-leadership and collaboration skills.
• Result-oriented with care, quality, and attention to details.
• Knowledge about real estate business, retail and commercial market is a plus
• Able to get hands-on with analytical tasks – handling large volumes of data (structured and unstructured, internal and external) in addressing and answering business questions.
• Strategic thinking, strong verbal communication skills.
• Advanced Microsoft Office (Excel, PPT).
• Data visualization software / applications like Power BI or similar.
• Knowledge of SAP, Azure, Python, ESRI as a plus.
• Strong written and speaking English.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING DAY TO DAY:

• Support business performance and reporting:
  • Power BI (PBI) reports development and adoption among end users;
  • Development of external analytical tool that provides insights about consumer behaviour in MEGA;
  • Be a part of activities related to visitation data reporting and governance.
• Lead Russian and support Global activities related to analytics based on 3rd party geo-data.
• Support Digital team with product analytics, setting and follow-upping of KPIs.
• Act as a speaking partner towards various stakeholders in the company on topics like market research activities, commercial performance of MEGA, functionality of analytical tools.
• Provide ad-hoc analytics (visitation, macro, performance) for various management and commercial forums.
• By using advanced analytics tools, you will support Ingka Centres customer strategy, enabling various stakeholders in Management and all business functions
• Coaching and developing analytical counterparts in Russian Service Office functions and MEGAs on functional expertise
