Align is expanding its global SQA team in Moscow. Working closely with colleagues in the United States (San Jose and Raleigh) and Costa Rica our energetic and highly technical team is responsible for creating the next generation of software in the digital medical device space.

In this role, you will:

• Design tests cases and conduct test cases reviews
• Estimate testing scope and plan testing for project/API/feature
• Troubleshoot newly developed software applications
• Log and track defects in defects tracking tool
• Drive and maintain test automation of our APIs
• Participate in releases few times a year
• Manage and maintain required test software documentation
• Manage bugs throughout their lifecycle
• Verification and validation of software
• Performance testing APIs in Cloud
• Collaborate with application team to ensure that defects are fixed in timely manner
• Work closely with other API teams and creation the own culture in new department
• Attend regular agile specific ceremonies
• Create behaviour driven tests using python

Monitoring:

• Creation and maintenance alerts in Splunk
• Support of production workflow
• Review of statistics from prod

Deployment:

• Troubleshooting & support

Time distribution:

• SQA Research/Analysis tasks + Cloud: 70%
• Documentation preparation/Meetings: 30%

In this role, you’ll need:

• 3+ experience as QA Engineer
• 2+ years hand on experience in test automation (Python is preferrable)
• Good communication and team work skills
• Experience in writing and support technical documentation
• Working level of English
• Familiar with Java
• Jira HP QC, Confluence, Bamboo, Git
• Understanding of test management tools like TM4J
• Experience with using network tools like curl, postman and valgrind is a plus
• SQL knowledge is a plus
