DevOps Engineer provides full range of server, service and network setup and administration for Azure cloud environments.

Responsibilities:

• Architecture design, implementation and support of infrastructure for solutions on Public/private cloud platforms (Azure, Azure stack)
• Develop cloud configuration management and deployment automation using Infrastructure as a Code and Configuration as a Code tools (YAML, DSC, TF, ARM, Powershell)
• Remotely manage servers, MS SQL databases, Active Directory, Web servers, cloud native services, VPNs and firewalls in Azure cloud.
• Troubleshoot multiple VMs, services, and networks.
• Perform backup and disaster recovery procedures.
• Maintain Office 365 and Azure AD.
• Monitor and test system performance and provide performance statistics and reports.
• Setup and maintain CI pipelines using VSTS and automation tools
• Implement DevOps principles and practices
• Infrastructure design for Distributed cloud Applications on Azure platform/Hybrid clouds
• Design workloads migration strategy to the cloud

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 3+ years of system administration experience.
• 1+ year of Azure experience
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows Server.
• Experience with designing and implementing Active Directory and related services – DNS, DHCP, FRS and DFS.
• Experience in a multi-domain environment, preferably with global sites.
• TCP/IP network protocols, firewall and VPN management knowledge.
• Experience with Azure, building CI pipelines
• Knowledge of Powershell or other scripting languages
• Experience with Git, bug tracking and task management software.
• Prior experience with agile methods (SCRUM, Kanban).
• Solid communication and collaboration skills.
