1. Engage in Python compiler work, undertake Huawei Python language capability building, and build up Python community influence.
2. Undertake Python open source work and engage in bug fixing, feature development, and document maintenance in the Cpython compiler community. Some features are private and are not directly open to the open source community, which makes Huawei unique competitive.
3. Promote the development strategy of HUAWEI CLOUD programming languages based on Python and other programming languages.

1. At least 5 years working experience in large technology companies, especially in compilers, programming tools, and DSL syntax design;
2. Experience in open source communities and open source projects and operation is preferred.
3. Be proficient in C/C++ and Python programming languages and their ecosystem. Mastering other programming languages such as RUST and Java is preferred.
