Role summary

Are you passionate about operating high-load cloud based software solutions and provide best-in-class IT service to B2B customers? Do you enjoy problem solving? If so, this role is for you.

As an L2 Technical Support Agent you will be a part of team to provide outstanding technical support for our customers. Your work will provide solutions to customer issues that will be escalated from L1 Support Agents. Our goal is to provide meaningful results, customer service and continuity for our B2B customers.

What you will be doing

  • Wow customers by solving complex or new problems
  • Diagnose, troubleshoot, and develop new solutions
  • Explore source code, databases, logs, and traces to find or create solutions
  • Ensure solutions solve the root cause of problems
  • Write step-by-step processes, solutions, and ticket updates
  • Grow your product knowledge - both in breadth and depth

Candidate requirements

  • 2+ years of experience with customer-facing technical support
  • Ability to write database queries and analyze results
  • Advanced proficiency in spoken and written English

Nice to haves

  • Software development experience
  • University degree in computer science or another technology equivalent
