Job Responsibilities:

• Organization and maintenance of Managed Services department function (consultants-analysts, testers, developers).
• Setting and monitoring the fulfillment of tasks for the department employees.
• Customers Relationship management within the framework of the services provided.
• Development of a service department to support a number of software products (Salesforce, CT Mobile, etc.).
• Development of the direction of providing support services, including participation in sales events, improving the efficiency of the service.
• Tracking service contracts (terms, SLA fulfillment, meetings with clients, billing).
• Connection of new clients.
• Achievement of the department's financial indicators.
• Work with escalations, settlement of disputes with customers.

Requirements:

• Experience in relevant position (priority for Software Vendors) ans SI) at least 2 years.
• Knowledge of ITIL standards and experience.
• Experience with CRM system.
• English - Upper-intermediate.
