Responsibilities:
Quality Assurance of enterprise web applications, including QA Automation, Performance Testing, manual QA activities.

Requirements:

• Ownership of automated unit, API integration, and full-stack web browser and mobile application integration testing
• Aggressively convert as many rote manual QA activities as possible into automated tasks, so QA team members can focus their skills on exploratory testing
• Convert all existing manual test cases into automated cases, and create a process for developing new automated cases as new features are added
• Review current full-stack web browser integration tests and improve or replace as needed to provide good full-stack integration coverage
• Create native Android and iOS full-stack integration tests, and integrate into mobile application development CI workflows
• Review current test coverage metrics and advocate for test coverage improvements in areas you assess to be high-risk
• Review new bug reports and identify opportunities for automated testing to catch those issues before users do
• Review unreliable tests (intermittent failures, etc) and work with software developers to make them bombproof
• Work with devops team to enhance automated testing integration into CI workflows
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues with QA automation tools
• Experience working in an agile development environment;
• Effective communication in English;
