Our Corporate Information Systems team oversees the operation of our company’s information systems. These include not only the veeam.com website but also a forum, client portals and internal tools. No product release goes without their support, and all our web services run smoothly as a result of their work.

Our team is responsible for customizing Adobe Experience Manager - the CMS used to build the company's website, - developing page templates and components, so that content managers can populate site pages with content that presents the company's products and helps run its web marketing.

Responsibilities

• Clarifying requirements for new tasks
• Implementing the server-side of page templates and components, according to requirements provided by business analysts, and in coordination with front-end developers who implement their client-side
• Fixing server-side bugs found by QA engineers
• Following existing development approaches and reviewing other back-end developers' code
• Participating in developing the application's architecture
• Participating in new technologies research, creating prototypes
• Maintaining technical documentation

Qualifications

• Good knowledge of core Java, 3+ years experience
• Experience in Java 11
• Experience in JavaEE application development
• Understanding REST API
• 2+ years of web development experience
• Knowledge of unit testing tools in Java
• Knowledge of design principles and patterns
• Experience in development using dependency injection (Spring etc.)
• Experience with any popular CMS
• Basic knowledge of HTML, JS and CSS
• Written and spoken English, beginner level or greater

Nice to have

• Knowledge of JSON, XML

• Experience with Git flow and GitLab, JIRA,
• Confluence, Scrum methodology
