We are now looking for ServiceNow Application Administrator.

What you will do:

• Administer and manage internal business applications and platforms (ServiceNow, Atlassian stack, and others), participate in issue troubleshooting;

• Design and develop solutions in ServiceNow (configure business rules, UI actions/policies, ACLs, flow, workflows, transform maps, reports, dashboards, and other customizations to meet business requirements; write client scripts; customize UI/UX);
• Translate business needs into technical requirements and solutions;
• Participate in the implementation of new corporate systems and improve the existing systems.

What you will need:

• 3+ years of experience in ServiceNow administrator/developer role
• Familiarity with various aspects of the IT area (including hardware infrastructure, networking, virtualization, Microsoft platforms and products, Unix-based systems)
• Database and reporting skills
• Experience in scripting and/or programming language (JS + Angular would be a plus)
• Good ITIL understanding
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good written and spoken English
