This position requires relocation to Belgrade (Serbia). The relocation assistance will be provided.

Orion Innovation executes software development projects for major worldwide 2/3/4/5G telecom equipment vendor from Northern Europe. Our cooperation with the customer lasts for 16 years and grows over time.

As Team Leader you will be part of a test team working on mobile network core solutions of a major worldwide telecom infrastructure vendor. Your team will be responsible for regular regression system testing of a product. Team Leader in this team is responsible for introduction and supporting of processes, coordination of work inside the team and communication with other teams. You need to support professional and friendly atmosphere in your team and organize constant knowledge sharing to give each team member that best way for competence development. You also will be able to influence team’s and organization’s ways of working to improve the outcome and reach common goals.

Usually, Team Leader performs technical tasks besides administrative because load as Team Leader is not full time. As test engineer you will be responsible for execution of regular regression automated test scopes, analyzing of results, creating of bug reports and communication with programmers on each phase of faults resolution. Also possibility to propose process and product improvements is appreciated.

Products you will be working on include test tool which emulate 2/3/4/5G mobile network and millions of subscribers who use mobile internet. This test tool is needed to test daily work of different nodes in mobile network under the load. C and Erlang languages are used in our products. Test cases are automated and written on Java.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in IT as software tester

• Experience as team leader/scrum master

• Be familiar with Git or another VCS

• English to support written and verbal communication on (mostly) technical topics with international colleagues
