We invite Senior 2D Artist to join our team.

Main scope:

• Performing the functions of a only\senior artist on one project, mainly we have mobile casual projects both new and existing (85%)
• Interviewing and assesing candidates, onboarding new artists - coaching, assessment of art team members (3-5 middle+ artists) (10%)
• High-level estimation of art costs for new potential projects. (5%)
• Would be great if you have the desire and opportunity to write small articles in English for our social media.

Essential:

• High level or artistic quality of works, excellent ability to work with colors;
• Ability and passion for the “casual” visual style;Solid experience with mobile 2D games in gamedev companies;
• Experience with character animation ( Animate/Spine is a plus), UI / UX;
• Excellent knowledge of the Adobe suite;
• Solid experience with Unity 3D;
• Bachelor of visual arts is required;
• Upper-intermediate English is required, written and oral to communicate with clients;
• Experience leading a small team of artists.

Desirable:

• Excellence in work estimations;
• Experience in motion-design (Adobe After Effects, Adobe Premiere);
• Basic abilities in creating 3D models, environments, characters, and other assets;
• Experience with Agile development methodologies;
• Experience with task trackers and version control systems.
