Now we are looking for an experienced Atlassian development engineer.

Responsibilities:

• Administration of Confluence/Jira/Jira Service Management.

• Development of additional functions: scripts, improved (*Api).

• Building and drawing processes (WorkFlow).

• Search, testing, installation and configuration of add-ons, software updates Atlassian.

• Solving and eliminating problems, preventive problem solving.

• Participation in SRE practices (monitoring, alerting, backup).

• Ensuring international security within its area of ​​responsibility.

• Documentation of Atlassian application interaction patterns in accessible and accessible configurations.

• Monitoring and support of requests through the ticketing system - ensuring details and resolution timescales are communicated in a clear and timely manner.

Experience:

• 3+ years of experience with Atlassian suite (JIRA, Confluence).

• Good understanding of workflow development in JIRA with big volume of automation and customization.

• Knowledge in Java API and REST API capabilities.

• Knowledge of capabilities of plugins Adaptavist ScriptRunner and Insight.

• Be able to look for performance bottlenecks.

• Be able to tune monitoring & system back up.

• Good understanding of JIRA Server and Cloud versions including Jira PlugIns usage.

• Good verbal and written communication skills in English.

• Experience with Agile (SCRUM, Kanban), previous participation in Agile environmental is a plus.

• Experience in big multinational company or in fast-growing start up would be a big plus.

• Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly and effectively, both written and verbal.
