The Motion Design Lead will take accountability of the quality and timings of outputs from the td eam, leading and mentoring them to deliver an effective and high-quality motion design service to the business.

• Ensure all Motion Design work is completed to the highest standard possible. Take the quality of our work to the next level!
• Collaborate with our Creatives as well as Graphic Design and Illustrators teams to deliver complex projects. Help us be a united team!
• Own projects from start to finish (working from briefing through to delivery) and execute some of them on Your own
• Coordinate the team of motion designers, manage their workflow and efficiency, inspire and coach them to become stronger every day. Ensure innovation is cultivated and implemented within the department!

Requirements:

• Extensive knowledge of all relevant software
• Self-organized and confident in a deadline-driven environment
• Experience as a manager or team leader
• Able to work effectively in a team environment, including co-working on projects, co-developing ideas, giving and receiving constructive feedback
• Aware of latest techniques, software packages, equipment, best practices and developments within the design community. Willing to learn new tricks and spread the knowledge within all our big Creative and Marketing Team.
• English language: upper intermediate or better
