The Software Developer In Test will be part of the Technology team with a mission is to develop the next generation of 3D algorithms, to engineer the shape of our customized, mass-production appliance, and increase the applicability and efficacy for clear aligner treatments. The position requires an innovative mindset, ability to adapt to projects that have not been done before.

Responsibilities

• Set up new test automation framework for 3D modeling application
• Create, monitor, and control metrics impacting product and team quality

• You don’t need to know all of the answers but need to know how to go and find them.

• Be part of our software development life cycle; understand how new code interacts with different components, ensure quality and automation coverage
• Triage issues and work with the development team until the issues are resolved.
• Mentor more Junior QA Engineers on best test automation practices.

Must have

• Open to new challenges and ready to extend your knowledge outside the current area of expertise.
• Self-starter who is comfortable taking a task and delivering on it without lots of oversight
• Solid understanding of software architecture and OOP
• Experience building test automation frameworks from scratch (C#/Java is a plus)
• Expert knowledge of one or more test frameworks (NUnit, xUnit, PyTest, etc.)
• Experience testing various API types (REST, DLL, JAR, etc.)
• Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Kubernetes, AWS, Docker, CI/CD, CodePipeline, etc.)
• English proficiency (written is must)

Nice to have

• Experience working with 3D / CAD / CAM tools in Engineering, Gaming, Design & Architecture industries is highly desirable
• Familiarity with C++
