Responsibilities

• Build a test automation framework for testing Web Services;
• Take ownership of QA infrastructure in AWS;
• Incorporate QA automation tests into CI/CD pipeline;
• Setup and maintain reporting and alert systems;
• Investigate and debug issues, conduct root cause analysis;
• Research and review test productivity tools, make recommendations to improve the overall productivity of the team.

Required

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and demonstrated ability to work independently and in a team environment;
• Expert knowledge of testing Web Service APIs;
• Experience with cloud deployments (AWS) using Docker and Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) tools and processes;
• Good knowledge of continuous integration tools (ex: Jenkins, AWS CodeBuild, etc.);
• Proficiency in shell scripting and Python;
• Sound understanding of test automation framework design;
• Hands-on experience with performance testing (ex: JMeter, Locust, Gatling).

Desired

• AWS Certifications;
• Expert knowledge of health monitoring and logging tools (ex: DataDog, Splunk, Dynatrace, etc.).
