TON Labs Job Descriptions

TON Labs is a fintech start-up that implements its innovative concepts and solutions on Free TON blockchain. Free TON is a public blockchain based on the original Telegram technology available in open source. Both TON Labs and Free TON are totally independent from Telegram.

All team members work from home. But we expect you to have a valid travel passport to be able to participate in a professional contest abroad or to make other trips, if relevant for your role. Also, a good command of English is highly desired.

If your skills do not meet the requirements below, but you are passionate about blockchain and have a solid experience in engineering or programming, you are welcome to contact our HR department.

We are looking for all candidates to have:

• Experience working with Git and Git workflow
• Experience with modern software development methods such as Agile and Test-Driven Development
• Degree in Computer Science is preferred
• Good level of technical English, ability to communicate in English
• Experience with writing unit, integration and acceptance tests

We are looking for all candidates to have the following basic skills:

• Expert level of Javascript / TypeScript
• Solid experience with React Native
• Experience in writing native iOS or Android applications (better both) (ObjC, Swift, Java)
• Deep knowledge of UX patterns and their implementations
• Basic knowledge of image and design editing tools e.g. Figma, Sketch
• Experience working with document-oriented or real-time databases
• Interest in blockchain development and cryptocurrencies
• Good level of technical English, ability to communicate in English

Having the following skills is an advantage:

• Experience working with the following libraries: react-navigation (v5+), react-native-reanimated, react-native-gesture-handler, mobx
• Experience with React Native for Web (react-native-web)
• Understanding of web technologies (JS, HTML5, CSS3), CSS pre-processors (LESS and SASS)
• Experience with Electron
• Experience in Open source, APIs, interoperability, platforms
• Experience in cryptography
• Experience working in an AWS/Google Cloud environment
• Working familiarity with blockchain technology and the architecture of decentralized networks is a big plus
