We expect you will:

• Setup AQA processes on the projects;
• Create automation framework from the scratch;
• Integrate automation tests into development pipelines;
• Analyze automation runs and implement enhancements;
• Lead meetings with customers on AQA related topics;
• Estimate automation efforts;
• Participate in interviews;
• Handle Performance evaluation meetings and provide team members with Roadmaps;
• Mentor less-senior colleagues;
• Organize educational activities (meetups, conferences, certifications, etc.) and trainings on AQA related topics;
• Closely cooperate with Head of QA in terms of promoting automation on a company level

We expect that you have:

• Knowledge of several programming languages (Java / Python / JavaScript / C# etc.);
• Experience in setting up automation processes on the project and development of automation framework from the scratch;
• Experience in automation testing for several areas (web, mobile, API, desktop, IoT etc.);
• Experience in CI tools and containerization;
• Understanding of the software testing techniques and approaches;
• Ability to see the value of automation on the project;
• Understanding the importance of AQA activities in the company;
• Above the intermediate level of English language proficiency;
• Desire to learn new areas and tools
