We are looking for passionate, driven and diligent engineers to join our group and work as a senior database support analyst in a telecom product team. It involves dealing with clients from the US and Israel as well as working on technical tasks.

Responsibilities:
- Work on requests from the client related to SQL Server, SSRS, SSIS, ASP.NET applications, such as troubleshooting of production issues, participation in deployments, requirements analysis
- Involve experts from the team to resolve specific cases
- Track work items and incidents, reporting
- Plan workload with the client
- Managing client expectations

Requirements:
- Strong analytical skills and common sense
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to take ownership
- Proven experience of work in a production environment
- Strong T-SQL programming skills
- SQL Server experience
- SSRS, Power BI, or other reporting engine experience
- Basic knowledge of MS technologies: IIS, C#.
- Database administration experience is a big plus
- Spoken English
