Perform business support function for Quality Support Center and involved stakeholders by leading processes development and finding/developing relevant technical solution with a high focus on an efficient and compliant technology landscape.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO HAVE:

• Knowledge of Microsoft Power platform (PowerBI, PowerAutomate, PowerApps, PowerQuery)
• Knowlege of SQL, DAX
• English Upper-Intermediate level (B2)
• Energy, drive and commitment to develop processes and tools, and deliver efficient results
• Abillity to build trust and partnership with stakeholders to reach common goals and eager to find win-win solutions

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING DAY TO DAY:

• Develop, upgrade and support digital solutions with a high focus on an efficient and compliant technology landscape.
• Develop statistics for QSC and Wholesale organization as well as support other stakeholders on request.
• Be super user of various systems used in IKEA in particular department (CASY, 1S, SBIS, DocsVision, etc.) in the part related to non-compliant goods.
• Process and provide data for financial compensation.
• Create and update work routines and instructions to ensure the Business support function continuity.
• Contribute in a variety of projects with knowledge and experience from systems perspective.
