Responsibilities:

• Design and develop source code to perform the requirements of the application specifications.
• Develop test data for the purpose of testing
• Identify and solve problems, recommend solutions.
• Document program design, coding, and maintenance to allow for future changes.

Requirements:

• 4+ years programming/analysis experience.
• Advanced skills in COBOL, MVS JCL, solid programming experience with COBOL applications.
• Capable in the use of TSO, IBM File Manager, IBM DEBUG.
• Experience working with large-scale mainframe applications, with industry-standard system design, development methods, and techniques in a structured environment.
• Experience working with CICS is a plus.
• Experience with financial systems would be desirable.
• Be a team player that can also work independently with general supervision; be able to communicate clearly and effectively.
