Position Summary

.NET Engineer reports to the .NET Lead and performs .NET software development on Microsoft Azure cloud and On-Premise for web and backend systems and applications. This position requires strong C# / .NET development skills. The work includes maintenance of the existing business applications and development of new software for healthcare, fintech and telecom industries

Tech stack includes: .NET Core, ASP.NET, Blazor, Azure cloud, Xamarin, SQL Server

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain new and existing software solutions.
• Actively participate in software projects through the entire software development lifecycle, including requirements analysis, documentation, development, engineering testing and maintenance.
• Collaborate with Product Development on product feature implementation.
• Work with DevOps on software deployment.
• Work with QA and Services on bug fixes.
• Use most effective software tools and techniques.
• Produce compelling and reasonably bug free software.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 4+ years of software development experience, with the emphasis on large scale backend development.
• 3+ years of experience in C# and .NET software development.
• General knowledge and experience with software architectures, components, patterns and frameworks.
• Knowledge relational databases (SQL Server and/or PostgreSQL)
• Production-level experience with hosted systems and clouds.
• Experience with continuous integration, source code branching and deployment.
• Experience with Git, bug tracking and task management software.
• Prior experience with agile methods (SCRUM, Kanban).
• Experience with project management, collaboration and documentation tools.
• Solid communication and collaboration skills
• Written English
• Spoken English is a plus
• Knowledge of any front-end framework such as Angular, React, Vue.Js, Blazore is a plus
