ABOUT THE JOB

You will be a part of Wholesale organisation - an important contributor to the customer fulfillment chain ensuring timely availability of goods in IKEA stores and omnichannel sources in Russia for the customer at the lowest prices. This function is responsible for the full scope of actions needed to comply with the demands legislation in Russian Federation related to import of goods as well as selling the goods to retailer.

You will:

• Collect statistic data, provide its analysis for the need of department business processes development;
• Create/update department internal reports, contribute to processes improvement and routines;
• Analyse costs and create reports in accordance with established budget;
• Big data analysis.

WHAT YOU WILL NEED

• High university degree (preferably in maths, IT or physics);
• +2 years of working experience as an Analyst or similar;
• Advanced user of MS Excel and good SQL knowledge;
• Analytical skills, passion to work with big data and information;
• Ability to prioritise operational tasks and perform work within the prescribed period;
• Experience with business analytical tools;
• Good English knowledge both written and spoken - Intermediate and higher.
