This position requires relocation to Vilnius (Lithuania) and to Belgrade (Serbia). The relocation assistance will be provided.

The product combines telephony, video, meeting and messaging capabilities in one reliable, easy-to-use solution that allows customers to reduce the cost of corporate communications from tens of thousands of dollars to as low as $ 10.

Now we are looking for a team leader for a team , which contains 4 Java developers and 2 QA positions.

Main activities of the team:
- migration of messages api to PLA API
- POC microapps with Kotlin + GraphQL (this is a rewrite of the code to a new approach)
- bug fix

Activities:
- Manage a team of 6 people (coordination, involvement, training, feedback).
- Personally participate in the development and review of the code.
- Manage the development and deployment of solutions.
- Provide high quality solutions.
- Participate in project requirements management of the team.
- Collaborate with other development teams, product managers and architects.

Our expectations:
- Experience in developing server applications in Java (JavaEE, JavaSE).
- Experience in managing the growth of adaptation (from 5 people) in an Agile environment.
- Strong knowledge of object-oriented methodology, design patterns (OOD Patterns).
- Strong command of SQL.
- Knowledge of Linux at the level of a confident user
- Knowledge bases of technological technologies
- Ability to work with Git.
- Experience in Agile teams (Scrum, Kanban).
- Ability to work both in the game and independently.
- English: from Intermediate and above.

Will be a plus:
- Experience with Spring framework, Spring Web, Spring Boot, Spring Cloud.
- Experience in developing web services and SOA applications.
- Experience in developing web applications.
- Understanding of modern containerization / orchestration technologies (Docker, Kubernetes, Mesos).
- Experience with NoSQL databases.
- Experience with Amazon AWS.
