• Responsible for the system management and user support for Project Management System, Engineering Global Procurement System, Material Management System, Visual Construction Management System, Pipe Spool Design and Prefabricated Management System, Welding Management system, Hoisting Management System, Steel Structure Manufacturing Design and Prefabrication Management System and related data management;
• Take part in digitalized project management, procurement management, construction management process capability improvement, to help improve our company's digital engineering capabilities;
• Take part in establishing and maintaining the process of process plant EPC project general contracting procurement, construction-related project information standards, management procedures and technical requirements;
• Take part in the engineering data handover to the plant owner that complies with the requirements of the contractual obligations and perform the digital handover process in accordance with internationally accepted standards (CFIHOS compliant);
• Communicate and collaborate well with IT/IM team and members to ensure high availability and data security of related systems;
• Be able to be relocated in the project site, assisting in the establishment, training and guidance of the application system or platform.
• Complete other tasks requested by superiors.

Job Requirements:

• 1 Education:
• Bachelor’s degree or above, electrical, mechanical, chemical technology, computer science or other related professional background;
• 2 Experience:
• More than 2 years of relevant work experience in a large process manufacturing engineering company (preferably an EPC contractor), and participated in a world-class, multinational collaborative operation of super big projects;
• Experiences in visual construction management based on Oracle P6, Oracle PU, Aveva ERM;
• Experiences as an administrator of Oracle P6, Oracle PU, Aveva ERM, or Visual Construction Management System;

• 3. Knowledge and Skills:

• Engineering procurement and related tools/platforms (AVEVA ERM Material / SmartPlant Material);
• Project management and related tools/platforms (Oracle Primavera P6, Oracle Primavera Unifier etc.);
• Construction Management and related tools/platforms (AVEVA ERM Planning, AVEVA ERM Production);
• Familiar with Aveva NET digital handover system implementation;
• Good writing ability, able to prepare and formulate various forms of records, reports, procedures and other materials according to the company's management requirements.
• User training, supporting;

  2) Have good communication skills, able to have good coordination and communication with relevant parties including internal departments/the owner/the subcontractors;

  5. Certificate:

  1) Degrees and Academic Certificates, Professional competency qualification certificate;

  2) Language Proficiency Certificate;

  6. Russian native speaker，Fluent in English communication, English can be used as working language, and professional communication with the owner and the engineering institute.

  7. Can work overtime or shift time if necessary and required, be able to travel according to the project schedule.

  Place of work:

  Based in Moscow, and project sites may be in CIS countries, Europe, the Middle East, North Africa and other regions, project sites.
