Job responsibilities:

  • To be responsible for starting a new project in African region.
  • Preparing the plan of launch, researches, PnL by countries.
  • Getting the license, organizing all work related to the opening of companies, registrations, legal issues, etc.
  • Building a team from scratch.
  • Preparation and localization of product for Africa.
  • Planning, evaluating, and optimizing operations to be efficient and cost-effective.
  • Identifying new growth areas, trends and partnerships.
  • Payment traffic control.
  • Organization of marketing activities for African countries.
  • Developing the platform, increasing the number of players, traffic, market share.
  • Coordination of the client service.
  • Management of administrative operations and personnel.
  • Preparing and presenting monthly, quarterly, and annual statements, analyses, and reports of operations and finances.

Job requirements:

  • Experience in iGaming/crypto/forex/B2C projects.
  • Experience in launching and operating of African countries.
  • Independent minded deсision maker.
  • Fluent English, good knowledge of Russian language.
  • A team player with strong analytical, communication (both written and oral) and interpersonal skills.
  • Outstanding organizational skills are a must, as is the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
