Job responsibilities:
- To be responsible for starting a new project in African region.
- Preparing the plan of launch, researches, PnL by countries.
- Getting the license, organizing all work related to the opening of companies, registrations, legal issues, etc.
- Building a team from scratch.
- Preparation and localization of product for Africa.
- Planning, evaluating, and optimizing operations to be efficient and cost-effective.
- Identifying new growth areas, trends and partnerships.
- Payment traffic control.
- Organization of marketing activities for African countries.
- Developing the platform, increasing the number of players, traffic, market share.
- Coordination of the client service.
- Management of administrative operations and personnel.
- Preparing and presenting monthly, quarterly, and annual statements, analyses, and reports of operations and finances.
Job requirements:
- Experience in iGaming/crypto/forex/B2C projects.
- Experience in launching and operating of African countries.
- Independent minded deсision maker.
- Fluent English, good knowledge of Russian language.
- A team player with strong analytical, communication (both written and oral) and interpersonal skills.
- Outstanding organizational skills are a must, as is the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
