About Team:

• Most of our projects are cross-team integration work: we collaborate with Developers and Business Analysts from different teams and projects
• We often need to explore and improve undocumented processes and fix data flow issues

Your tasks will include:

• Research business processes of internal customers (Customer Support, Marketing, R&D etc)
• Create technical requirements (functional, non-functional) for ongoing projects
• Maintain project documentation in Confluence: manage changes, control versions
• Clarify incoming change requests and bugs: analyze technical feasibility, research complex bugs

What we expect from you:

• 2 + as a System Analyst
• Technical education (Bachelor degree) or relevant working experience.
• Fluent written and oral English (B2 or higher)
• Knowledge of notations and modeling languages (BPMN, UML and/or IDEF0)
• Practical experience with MS SQL or other dialects
• Firm grip of data modelling
• Essential Knowledge of web-services (REST, SOAP)
