• Understanding of interconnections of Accounting, Legal, QSC business aspects and technical solutions
• Knowledge of Microsoft Power platform (PowerBI, PowerAutomate, PowerApps, PowerQuery), SQL, DAX
• Knowledge of Global digital trends and available Ingka digital solutions
• English Upper-Intermediate level (B2)
• Energy, drive and commitment to develop processes and tools, and deliver efficient results
• Highly motivated to learn, develop and implement new digital solutions and ways of working

• Experience from Supply chain, preferable from Customer service, Sales, CFF above 3 years
• Experience in software development/support in Microsoft Power platform, 1C

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING DAY TO DAY:

• Develop, upgrade and support digital solutions with a high focus on an efficient and compliant technology landscape. Lead implementation of new digital solutions for QSC. Be a role model in use and promotion of modern technologies
• Be super user of various systems (CASY, 1S, SBIS, DocsVision, etc.) in the part related to non-compliant goods (back flow) by providing support and expertise for QSC and other Wholesaler departments
• Process and provide data for financial compensation between Wholesale and Retail organizations for non-compliant goods flow. Be speaking partner in related discussions
• Develop statistics for QSC and Wholesale organization as well as support other stakeholders on request
• Support QSC business with performance statistics analysis and highlight opportunities for improvement of non-compliance goods flow/back flow within QSC management team
• Create and update work routines and instructions to ensure the Business support function continuity
• Contribute in a variety of projects at department/Wholesaler/country levels with knowledge and experience from systems perspective
