The Unified Computing Platform team is looking for an experienced Embedded software engineer.

The project is interesting because the development is carried out for a completely designed inside ARRIVAL platform with a totally unique set of chips and accelerators. The distribution of data processing flows between various subsystems, and the organization of their synchronous interaction in real-time is a complex engineering task that should involve truly experienced specialists.

Responsibilities:

• Working with a variety of new development boards, bring-up existing software on them and measuring its performance.
• Writing drivers for various sensors.
• Setting up and maintaining communication interfaces.
• Optimization of system boot times.

Expertise:

• Proven experience of programming on C,
• Knowledge of Unix API,
• Development experience for RTOS,
• Understanding the work of low-level interfaces (I2C, SPI),
• Experience with ARM Cortex-A and Cortex-R processor families,
• Experience with Yocto and / or BuildRoot build systems,
• Experience with BSP (Board Support Package) from various SoC manufacturers,
• English at the level of working with technical documentation (at least).

Nice to have:

• Knowledge of C ++,
• Experience in developing bare-metal software,
• Experience in the development of safety-critical systems.
