Take the role of “Guild leader” in Clinical Services organization, partner with CS leadership team to advance software verification and delivery processes to the next level

In this role, you will…

People
• Improving expertise of SQA engineers: individual development plans, technical assessments, skill roadmaps (no direct people management)
• Interviewing and on-boarding of new engineers

Process:
• Establishing and maintaining the process of knowledge sharing between units: tech-talks, workshops, documenting best-practices
• Partner with the global SQA organisation to ensure company-wide standards of software quality are being followed and optimal for the team
• Integrate automated quality gates (functional, performance, security, monitoring) into the CI/CD pipeline

Technology
• Maintain and improve shared codebase - common logging, security and verification steps used in all test scenarios
• Drive the technical evolution of test stack

In this role, you’ll need …

• Proven experience testing complex integrations from the (non-)functional requirements standpoint;
• Advanced knowledge of at least one enterprise programming language (Python or Java preferred);
• Prior work with microservice based architectures;
• Knowledge (or proven desire to get) of Cloud-based infrastructures (AWS preferred);
• Prior leadership experience on project or team level;
• Technical Documentation Writing.
• Fluent English
• Facilitation and Presentation skills
• Self-organized and able to work without supervision
• Stakeholder management

Nice to have
• Experience in the same role: Guild or "Community of Practice" lead
• People management background
• Desire to participate in the architecture activities
